DOVER SOLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lb. Dover Sole
  • 1 can Campbell's shrimp soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) box frozen sm. shrimp, thawed
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed (or 1/8 tsp. powdered garlic)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Arrange Dover Sole in casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sole. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
