MACKEREL - POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 can mackeral
  • 2 c. potato chip crumbs

PREPARATION:

Blend well the melted butter and flour. To this add the soup and water, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened. Add the mackeral and 2/3 of the potato chips. After mixing well, pour into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining potato chip crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
