- Thaw snow crab claws in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours
- Serve with cilantro aioli for dipping. Garnish with fresh lemon or lime.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno, minced
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
